We’re looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator
One of our mandates is taking care of our current sponsors, and building relationships with new ones! Working with our fantastic Gallery Assistant, we need your help with as many of the following initiatives as you can handle. And please, new ideas are encouraged!
Organize 2025 sponsorship renewals
Organize award sponsors for juried events
Build new sponsor relationships
Write sponsor communications
Create social media posts
Handle in-house sponsor and donor placards
Liaise with our secretary
on sponsorship tax receipts
Liaise with our webmaster on sponsorship page
You are valuable, and so is your time!
In this role, we’d need about an hour a week in January, February and November and about an hour a month during the rest of the year.
