Exhibit your work

We invite visual artists at every stage of their journey, working in any medium, to exhibit in a professional gallery setting. Our exhibitions reflect a rich diversity of voices from within our community and beyond, and we warmly welcome submissions from artists of all backgrounds.

All proposals are carefully considered by our Curatorial Committee, and every submission is reviewed. Best of all, there are no application fees—just an open door to share your work.

As an unfunded gallery, we're proud to support artists by offering a modest exhibition honorarium. While we're not able to provide CARFAC rates or cover transportation costs, we actively encourage selected artists to apply for Ontario Arts Council Exhibition Assistance Grants and are happy to supply all required confirmation letters to support those applications.

What to include in your submission
  • An exhibition proposal, including any technical support you’ll need. Please include your email, phone number and mailing address
  • An artist statement which includes media, technique, and theme or context of your work (maximum 500 words)
  • Current resume and bio (maximum 3 pages)
  • Up to 10 digital images of recent work (each jpg should be 300 dpi and a maximum of 2MB)
  • Image list: title, date of execution, medium and dimensions
  • PDFs of relevant support material (articles, reviews, catalogues, etc.)
How to submit

Deadline to apply for an exhibition is July 15, 2028.

Send your submissions in either MS Word or PDF format (we need digital files, so linking us to your website isn’t sufficient).

Email your submission to agb.curatorial@gmail.com

You'll hear from us by October 15 if you've been selected for an exhibition

We'll send you a contract to sign and return. Opening receptions are usually on the first Friday of the month. We operate on a tight schedule: unless otherwise arranged, your work must arrive at the Gallery at 10am on the Monday prior to the exhibition opening.
